Stop renting seats for problems you can run yourself.
Seven complete systems, not teasers. I show you how I’d fix it; you fix it. When one outgrows a worksheet, you know who picks up.
Free GTM Hacks · seven files · no email gate · no demo
All sevenEvery hack is a file. Your agent — or you — runs it.
Read the file. Use one Google Sheet as the database. Run the loop the file describes, and stop when the number it names says stop. That's the whole kitchen — no seat to rent, nothing to install.
Three I'd hand you first.
Each one takes a problem you're probably paying a seat for and runs it in a sheet. Free and complete — the actual system, not a teaser. Pick one; the exact steps appear below it.
Run Open-source data layer
Claude Code, Codex, an open-source CLI — anything that reads a file and runs a shell. Type its name and the steps use it.
Read https://bold-gtm.com/free/public-data-layer.md and follow it. Database: my Google Sheet "GTM-Hacks". Create the tabs and columns from its "Sheet" section. Score the accounts I paste using only free public sources. An unknown scores 0 and gets a flag — never the average. Move a record only once it has two kinds of source. Three or more flags: mark it Abstain, whatever the total says.
Replace GTM-Hacks with your own sheet’s name. Everything else is the file’s own rules.
If your agent can't write to Google Sheets: ask it for CSV rows and paste them into the tab yourself. The file's Sheet section is the header row.
Observed vs Inferred, the Runbook and the Canvas run exactly the same way: a file, an agent or you, one sheet.
Each hack lists the others it works with. They are one system, not seven downloads.
