Your GTM-engineering function, on tap
You don’t need to hire a GTM Engineer.
So stop trying to hire one. We build the internal tools your go-to-market teams run on, equip your people, and leave.
- Scoped on one call
- Built on your stack
- Yours to keep

Scope. Build. Train. Own.
Four steps. The last one is the whole point.
Scope
One scoping call. We map the seat, the workflow, and the system of record, then write a spec with out-of-scope and exit criteria before anything is built.
Build
We build against the spec. Sandbox first, idempotent writes, a snapshot before any production change. You watch it ship.
Train
We document the tool and train the people who run it. Runbooks, not tribal knowledge.
Own
The tool is yours. We leave. Re-engage when the next initiative is ready. Pause or cancel anytime.
What we build
Internal tools, built like products.
BoldGTM builds the internal tools that sit between RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS: the working systems your go-to-market actually runs on. Built on your stack, documented, and handed to your team to own.
Products, not decks
Working internal tools your team opens every day, built on your own stack, not a slide you file away.
Owned, not rented
Documented and handed over for your team to run. When we leave, the system stays and keeps working.
A loop, not a project
Ideate, build, launch, analyze, iterate. Your tooling gets real product practice, in weekly loops.
The honest part
The tools your GTM runs on don’t have an owner.
You could build them in-house. You won’t, and it’s not about talent. Routing, enrichment, health scores, and renewal ops live between four teams and belong to none of them. So they get built between fire drills, stall at 70%, and rot by the next quarter.
We do nothing else. And we never over-build: an agent, an automation, a script, or one line of SQL. The least complex thing that does the job.
What a build looks like
We build the tools. You keep them.

Lead routing
Sales
Before · Leads triaged by hand in a spreadsheet
Routes and scores every lead the moment it lands
Enrichment → scoring
Marketing
Before · Reps research each account manually
Enriches firmographics and writes them back to the CRM
Churn-signal monitor
Customer Success
Before · Risk only surfaces at the QBR
Flags at-risk accounts in Slack early
Renewal & expansion
Account Management
Before · Renewal dates tracked from memory
Surfaces renewals and expansion signals automatically
The tools we integrate. The methods we build around.

People who’ve built with Yuval.
Yuval helped me scope my service into a SaaS product I launched at one of the biggest banks in Europe.
He set up my Claude environment and hooked it into my existing workflows and most of my stack. In a day.
As BoldGTM's first subscriber I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I'm listed at Y Combinator. Trust the GTM experts. Don't hire them.
With BoldGTM we moved fast: closed the low-ROI channels, opened new ones. The turnover took a week.
4× my capacity in less than a month. I control my pipeline now, not the other way around.

One build = one contained GTM workflow with one owner and one handoff path. Think lead routing, enrichment write-back, churn alerts, or a renewal timer.

FAQ
The hard questions, answered straight.
What happens when the subscription ends?
Everything we build is yours: documented, with your team trained to run it. While the subscription is active we fix what we shipped; after handoff, your team owns the system with the runbook.
Who actually does the work?
One senior GTM engineer, backed by an AI engineering bench. The same person scopes your build, reviews every line, and answers for the result. Agents bring the speed; one accountable human brings the judgment. No junior hand-offs, no offshore black box.
What counts as one build?
One contained GTM workflow with one owner and one handoff path: for example lead routing, enrichment write-back, churn alerts, renewal timers, or a dashboard-to-Slack operating loop.
What's out of scope?
We build internal GTM tooling. We don't run your campaigns, write your sequences, or close your deals. If a request falls outside, we say so in the spec.
Will you touch our production CRM?
We build in a sandbox first, use idempotent writes, and snapshot records before any production change. Every external write declares how to reverse it.
Can we pause?
Yes. Pause or cancel anytime. No permanent headcount, no long contract.
